Start with the origin port, destination, container type, preferred pickup date and a reachable phone number. These are the fields in MYLO’s request form. Use the actual depot location rather than only the city name when you already know it.

Plan the handoff

During the follow-up call, share the container number when available, terminal, loaded weight and any special cargo requirements. Mention refrigeration, unusual handling or restricted access early. Do not guess a weight or mark a container ready if release is still pending.

Confirm the next step

Prepare a map pin, receiving hours and an unloading contact for the destination. Explain whether the container stays on the trailer during unloading or requires separate lifting equipment. A request starts coordination; quotation and scheduling still need confirmation.
